There are a number of online resources to help with music basics, including sight reading. Many of the sites have free demos, but want you to sign up and pay a fee. In the list below, I have tried to let you know which are which.
The website from Berklee College of music is a free site, with many practice examples in rhythm, and sightreading melodies. Explore the pages--there are several levels available. On the left side of the page, there is a link that says "ear-training" which takes you to several other levels beyond the page I have linked you to.

This is another free site. You will need to create an account, but there is no cost to use the site.

The Sight Reading Factory looks like a comprehensive resource, but the cost is $29.00 for a year. This looks like one of the best of the sites which I investigated.

This website gives some great options, including using either note names OR solfege. I'm not sure about the cost, but try the free demo.
